1-1 Mentoring

The Sit Down

One-to-one sessions designed to meet you where you are. Personal, honest, and built around what you need most right now.

We’ll slow things down properly. Talk through what’s been weighing on you, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and work with both the mind and body to help you make sense of it all.

Through conversation, breathwork, somatic tools, reflection, and practical guidance, these sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself again.

Maybe you’re navigating identity, emotional overwhelm, relationships, confidence, purpose, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. You do not need to arrive with the right words or everything figured out already.

You’ll leave with something to carry into your everyday life — whether that’s a new perspective, practical tools, emotional clarity, or a stronger sense of direction moving forward.

Group Programme

The Six

4 weeks. 6 women. Shared growth, real support.

The Six is a small group mentoring experience for young women who want to understand themselves more deeply alongside others who are figuring it out too.

Six people maximum. That's not a selling point — it's the whole point. Small enough that nobody gets lost. Honest enough that something actually shifts.

Over 4 weeks, we move through three themes in an order that matters. You can’t really know who you are until you understand how you feel. And you can’t show up well until you know both.

How you feel — and why
Emotions and the nervous system. Understanding what's happening in your body before we do anything else. This week sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Who you actually are
Self-awareness and identity. Once you're a bit more regulated, you can look at yourself more clearly — without as much noise.

How you show up
Confidence and communication. Not performance. How to actually be yourself in the room — with people who challenge you, with people who underestimate you, with yourself.
04
Taking it with you
Integration. Pulling everything together into something you can actually use going forward. This isn't the end — it's a starting point.
