Salam Farm is a modern wellness space blending somatic breath work, coaching and emotional wellbeing.

Its mission is simple - to help people reconnect to their bodies, empower their mindsets, and live with intention.

Founded by Sienna Amara: Salam Farm was born from her personal journey of seeking authentic connection and simplicity in self-care. Sienna wanted to create a space where women could reconnect with their bodies through practical, lasting tools.

Her passion lies in empowering women to embrace their femininity, build confidence, and release anxiety through the most natural practises we carry within us - our breath and the words we speak to ourselves.

Salam Farm strips away overcomplication and centers on what truly works: genuine connection and sustainable practices that nurture both body and mind.

Every class, workshop and programme is designed to create lasting change while maintaining a sense of calm, style and grounded realness.

    Both options are exclusively tailored for women —weekly classes provide an opportunity for regular engagement, while the 1-1s facilitate a personal, transformative journey.
